𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪? 𝗔𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟 𝗢𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥?

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Every believer follows someone. The question is who? Some follow popular preachers, some follow denominational traditions, and others follow personalities. Yet the Bible calls us to follow Christ through the Apostle Paul, the chosen apostle for the Body of Christ in this present dispensation (Rom. 11:13; 1 Cor. 11:1). Pastors can guide us, but if they contradict Paul’s doctrine of grace, they are not leading according to God’s plan.

𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟'𝗦 𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Called Clearly – Paul was chosen by Christ Himself (Acts 9:15).

Commissioned Correctly – Sent with the gospel of grace to Gentiles.

Confirmed Consistently – His apostleship defended in Scripture.

𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥'𝗦 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

Twisting Texts – Many pastors mishandle Scripture.

Teaching Traditions – Elevating man’s doctrines over God’s.

Trapping Truth – Binding people under law instead of grace.

𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟'𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚

Grace Gospel – Salvation by faith alone (Eph. 2:8–9).

Glorious Gospel – Focused on Christ’s death, burial, resurrection (1 Cor. 15:1–4).

Gentile Gospel – Unique revelation for this dispensation.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣

Idolized Individuals – Members follow men, not Christ.

Ignored Instructions – Paul’s writings sidelined.

Increased Ignorance – Churches trapped in confusion.

𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟'𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡

Distinct Doctrine – Mystery revealed to him (Eph. 3:2–3).

Dispensational Direction – Explains Israel vs. Church.

Doctrinal Distinction – Separation of law and grace.

P𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗘

Control Craving – Some pastors act like dictators.

Credit Claiming – Stealing glory meant for Christ.

Cash Collecting – Using the flock for financial gain.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗙 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟'𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗦

Mystery Manifested – Hidden truths now revealed.

Messages Maintained – His epistles preserve doctrine.

Ministry Modelled – His life serves as our example.

𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘

Soothing Sermons – Preaching what people want to hear.

Shallow Scriptures – Avoiding deep Pauline truth.

Selfish Strategies – Building crowds, not Christ’s Body.

𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟'𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡

Servant Spirit – Led with humility and sacrifice.

Shepherd’s Suffering – Endured hardship for truth.

Scriptural Standard – Preached consistently without compromise.

𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗦

Doctrinal Deviation – Leading flocks astray.

Division Developed – Causing confusion among believers.

Deception Delivered – Substituting works for grace.

𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟'𝗦 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔

Follow Faithfully – “Be ye followers of me, as I follow Christ” (1 Cor. 11:1).

Hold Honestly – Keep the doctrine as delivered (2 Tim. 1:13).

Guard Graciously – Defend the truth without fear.

𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗛 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦

Christ as Center – Focus on Him, not pastors.

Cross as Core – Rest in His finished work.

Church as Correct – Build up the Body, not man’s kingdoms.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

The question is urgent: Who do you follow—Apostle Paul or your pastor? If your pastor preaches Paul’s gospel of grace, thank God for him! But if he contradicts Paul’s teaching, you are not truly following Christ. God’s spokesman for today is Paul, and our pastors must align with his doctrine to be legitimate ministers in this dispensation.

Examine your pastor’s preaching—does it match Paul’s gospel of grace?
Establish your faith on Paul’s writings, rightly divided.
Embrace Christ’s calling to follow Paul as he followed Christ.
