𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧?

1 Corinthians 15:1–4
(A Dispensational Teching on the Believer’s Position, Possession, and Purpose in Christ)

𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

Before salvation, man is dead in trespasses and sins (Ephesians 2:1). But when one believes the Gospel of Christ—that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3–4)—a great transformation takes place!

This gospel is not the Gospel of the Kingdom that Jesus and the Twelve preached to Israel, but the Gospel of the Grace of God revealed to Paul for this Dispensation (Acts 20:24; Romans 16:25).

Let’s discover from Scripture what truly happens the moment you believe the Gospel of Christ—according to the dispensational program of Grace.

𝗜. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗦𝗜𝗡

(Ephesians 1:7)
The first miracle of salvation is cleansing through the blood of Christ.

Pardoned by His Blood – Ephesians 1:7

“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins.”
All your sins—past, present, future—are forgiven the moment you believe.

Purged from Condemnation – Romans 8:1

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.”

Perfected in Christ – Hebrews 10:14

“By one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified.”

Dispensational Insight: Forgiveness today is not conditional on confession or sacrifice but complete in Christ (Colossians 2:13).

𝗜𝗜. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧’𝗦 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗘𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦

(2 Corinthians 5:21)
When you believed, God imputed to you Christ’s righteousness.

Declared Righteous – Romans 3:22–24

“Being justified freely by his grace.”

Delivered from Wrath – Romans 5:9

“Being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath.”

Dressed in His Righteousness – Philippians 3:9

“Not having mine own righteousness… but that which is through the faith of Christ.”

Dispensational Insight: Under Law, righteousness was demanded; under Grace, it’s declared and deposited in the believer.

𝗜𝗜𝗜. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧

(Galatians 2:20)
Our old identity died with Christ, and we now live in newness of life.

Crucified Positionally – Romans 6:6

“Our old man is crucified with him.”

Quickened Powerfully – Ephesians 2:5

“Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ.”

Changed Permanently – 2 Corinthians 5:17

“If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.”

Dispensational Insight: This is spiritual identification, not physical imitation. We are united with Christ in His death and resurrection.

𝗜𝗩. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗢 𝗔 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘

(Ephesians 2:10)
Believers are not reformed sinners but newly created saints in the Body of Christ.

Born of the Spirit – Titus 3:5

“The washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost.”

Belonging to the Body – 1 Corinthians 12:13

“By one Spirit are we all baptized into one body.”

Built for Service – Ephesians 2:10

“Created in Christ Jesus unto good works.”

Dispensational Insight: This new creation is part of the “one new man” (Ephesians 2:15), the Church—the Body of Christ, distinct from Israel.

𝗩. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧

(Colossians 2:9–10)
Salvation is not a process—it’s a position of fullness in Christ.

Perfect in Position – Colossians 2:10

“Ye are complete in him.”

Possessing His Power – Philippians 4:13

“I can do all things through Christ.”

Partaking in His Purpose – Ephesians 1:11

“In whom also we have obtained an inheritance.”

Dispensational Insight: No more rituals or sacraments needed—Christ is our sufficiency. We lack nothing in this dispensation of Grace.

𝗩𝗜. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧’𝗦 𝗔𝗠𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗥

(2 Corinthians 5:18–20)
Once saved, you become a representative of Heaven on Earth.

Ministry of Reconciliation – 2 Corinthians 5:18

“God… hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.”

Message of Redemption – 2 Corinthians 5:19

“The word of reconciliation.”

Mission of Representation – 2 Corinthians 5:20

“We are ambassadors for Christ.”

Dispensational Insight: Unlike the 12 apostles’ Kingdom Commission, we have the Grace Commission—to preach reconciliation, not repentance for remission.

𝗩𝗜𝗜. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

(Romans 8:30)
God’s saving work is not just for now—but for eternity!

Sealed by the Spirit – Ephesians 1:13–14

“After that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise.”

Secured in Christ – Romans 8:38–39

“Nothing shall separate us from the love of God.”

Soon to be Caught Up – 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17

“Caught up together… to meet the Lord in the air.”

Dispensational Insight: The believer’s future hope is heavenly, not earthly. We look for the Rapture, not the Kingdom on Earth.

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍

When you believed the Gospel of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1–4), God performed seven divine operations instantly!
You were cleansed, clothed, crucified, created, completed, commissioned, and confirmed for glory!

All this is by grace through faith, apart from works, sacraments, or law-keeping (Ephesians 2:8–9).

𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐎 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

Stand firm in the Gospel of Grace (1 Corinthians 15:1–2).
Study to show thyself approved (2 Timothy 2:15).
Share the message of reconciliation faithfully (2 Corinthians 5:20).
Set your affection on things above (Colossians 3:1–2).

𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒

After you believed, you were forgiven forever.
You were made righteous and reconciled.
You were baptized spiritually into Christ.
You were sealed and secured eternally.
You were called to serve and shine.
You were placed in the Body of Christ.
You are awaiting your heavenly homecoming!
