𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗜 𝗗𝗢 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗, 𝗕𝗨𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡?

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗜 𝗗𝗢 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗, 𝗕𝗨𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡?

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Salvation is eternally secure in this dispensation of grace (Ephesians 2:8–9; Titus 3:5). The believer is sealed by the Spirit until the day of redemption (Ephesians 1:13–14). Yet Paul warns that while salvation cannot be lost, rewards can be forfeited at the Judgment Seat of Christ (1 Corinthians 3:12–15).

𝟭. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 (1 Corinthians 3:1–3)

Selfish Spirit – Walking after the flesh, not the Spirit (Romans 8:8).

Sinful Strife – Divisions and envy hinder testimony (1 Corinthians 1:11).

Shallow Spirituality – Remaining babes in Christ (Hebrews 5:12).

𝟮. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 (1 Corinthians 4:2)

Faithless Finances – Misusing what God has entrusted (2 Corinthians 9:7).

Fruitless Faculties – Neglecting gifts of grace (Romans 12:6).

Foolish Forgetfulness – Forgetting accountability to Christ (Romans 14:12).

𝟯. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 (Romans 12:11)

Lazy Labor – Failing to abound in good works (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Loveless Living – Serving without charity (1 Corinthians 13:3).

Lethargic Loyalty – Becoming weary in well-doing (Galatians 6:9).

𝟰. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (2 Corinthians 6:17)

Worldly Walk – Loving the world system (1 John 2:15).

Weak Witness – Ashamed of the gospel (Romans 1:16).

Wrong Worship – Turning to error and idols (Galatians 4:9).

𝟱. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 (2 Timothy 2:15)

Misapplied Ministries – Applying Israel’s law to the Body of Christ (Romans 6:14).

Mixed Messages – Teaching another gospel (Galatians 1:6–7).

Missed Mysteries – Ignoring Paul’s revelation (Ephesians 3:3–4).

𝟲. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (Colossians 4:6)

Foolish Fables – Turning aside to endless genealogies (1 Timothy 1:4).

Filthy Filth – Corrupt communication (Ephesians 4:29).

Fruitless Fellowship – Idle talk with no edification (Matthew 12:36).

Whining Words – Murmuring against God (1 Corinthians 10:10).

Weary Wills – Resisting God’s shaping hand (Hebrews 12:5).

Wasted Witness – Complaints destroy testimony (Philippians 2:15).

𝟵. 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 (1 Timothy 6:9–10)

Pursuing Possessions – Set affections on things above, not earth (Colossians 3:2).

Perverting Priorities – Gain above godliness (Luke 12:15).

Piercing Perils – Covetousness brings sorrow (Ecclesiastes 5:10).

𝟭𝟬. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 (Philippians 3:13–14)

Settling Spiritually – Neglecting to grow in grace (2 Peter 3:18).

Stopping Striving – Not pressing toward the prize (1 Corinthians 9:24).

Stifling Service – Quenching the Spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:19).

𝟭𝟭. 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 (Galatians 5:15)

Biting Brethren – Consuming one another (James 4:11).

Backbiting Behavior – Speaking evil secretly (Romans 1:30).

Broken Brotherhood – Divisions in the Body (1 Corinthians 1:10).

𝟭𝟮. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 (1 John 2:28)

Shame in Appearing – Unfaithful living brings regret (2 Corinthians 5:10).

Sorrow in Accounting – Loss of reward at the judgment seat (1 Corinthians 3:15).

Scant in Awarding – Crowns forfeited (2 Timothy 4:8).

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

Our salvation is sealed, secure, and settled in Christ. But our rewards are subject to our walk, work, and witness. Every believer will stand at the Judgment Seat of Christ—not to be judged for sins, but for service (Romans 14:10–12).

Examine your conduct and conversation in the light of Christ.

Establish yourself in Paul’s gospel and rightly divide the Word.

Endure faithfully so that you may receive a full reward (2 John .

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀

You cannot lose salvation—it is the gift of God. But you can lose reward, crowns, and eternal opportunities for service in glory. Let us live faithfully today so that we may reign gloriously with Christ tomorrow.
