THE TWO-FOLD ETERNAL PROGRAM OF GOD

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”
Genesis 1:1 (KJV)

INTRODUCTION

Genesis 1:1 reveals more than creation—it reveals God’s eternal purpose.
From the very first verse of the Bible, God declares two distinct realms:

Heaven – God’s heavenly dominion
Earth – God’s earthly dominion

In Dispensational truth, God is working two programs:
A heavenly program (ultimately fulfilled through Christ and the Body of Christ)
An earthly program (fulfilled through Israel and the Kingdom)

Confusing these two programs produces doctrinal error.
Rightly dividing them produces biblical clarity.
