𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: ONE GOSPEL REVEALED IN SEVEN EXPRESSIONS

The word “Gospel” means “good news.” Yet, when rightly divided, we see different aspects of the same one saving message revealed through Paul in this present dispensation of grace.

Romans 16:25 – “Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery...”

While others mixed law and grace, Paul was given the full, final, and free revelation of God’s gospel program for the Body of Christ. Each “gospel title” emphasizes a unique facet of God’s redemptive purpose.

Let’s explore the sevenfold gospel of grace—a divine diamond with seven shining sides.

𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗢𝗗 — THE SOURCE OF THE GOOD NEWS

Romans 1:1–2; 1 Thessalonians 2:2; Mark 1:14

A. Its Revelation – Proclaimed by Prophets

“Which He had promised afore by His prophets” (Romans 1:2).

The Gospel of God was first revealed in the Old Testament as a promise of a coming Savior.

It speaks of God’s initiative—He is the origin of the good news.

B. Its Reality – Personified in Christ

It concerns “His Son Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 1:3).

The focus is not religion, but the Redeemer.

The Gospel of God reveals God’s heart to reconcile sinners.

C. Its Reach – Prepared for All People

Though promised to Israel, it pointed to a universal redemption (Genesis 12:3).

God always planned to bless all nations through Christ.

This gospel begins the story of grace, which Paul completes.

Summary: The Gospel of God is the foundation—the message from God about His Son.

𝗜𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧 — THE SACRIFICE OF THE SAVIOR

Romans 1:16; 2 Corinthians 4:4; 1 Corinthians 15:1–4

A. Its Power – Saves the Believer

“It is the power of God unto salvation” (Romans 1:16).

This gospel reveals the finished work of Christ—His death, burial, and resurrection.

The power is in the cross, not the law.

B. Its Person – Centers in Christ Alone

“The Gospel of Christ” focuses on His substitutionary death.

Salvation is not in baptism, law, or works, but in Christ crucified (1 Corinthians 1:23–24).

Paul preached Christ, not ceremonies.

C. Its Purpose – Reconciliation through the Cross

The cross reconciles man to God (2 Corinthians 5:19).

The middle wall between Jew and Gentile is broken.

The Gospel of Christ is the doorway to the dispensation of grace.

Summary: The Gospel of Christ proclaims Christ’s work as the only way to salvation.

𝗜𝗜𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗢𝗗 — THE SECRET OF THIS DISPENSATION

Acts 20:24; Ephesians 3:2–9; Romans 11:6

A. Its Distinction – Revealed to Paul Alone

Paul called it “the gospel of the grace of God.”

It’s not prophecy fulfilled, but mystery revealed.

The message is salvation apart from works, law, or Israel’s covenants.

B. Its Definition – Grace without Conditions

Grace means unmerited favor—nothing earned or deserved.

“If it be of grace, then is it no more of works” (Romans 11:6).

This gospel introduces the Body of Christ, a new creation.

C. Its Dispensation – God’s Present Program

Paul is the dispenser of this message (Ephesians 3:2).

The Church today operates under grace, not law.

This gospel governs the current age—the mystery dispensation.

Summary: The Gospel of Grace reveals the free salvation program unique to this age.

𝗜𝗩. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 — THE SEAL OF THE BELIEVER

Ephesians 1:13–14; Romans 10:9–10; 1 Corinthians 15:1–2

A. Its Hearing – The Word of Truth

“Ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation.”

Salvation begins when one hears the gospel clearly preached.

No mixture, no confusion—just Christ’s finished work.

B. Its Heeding – Believed by Faith Alone

“In whom ye also trusted, after that ye believed.”

Faith, not feeling, secures salvation.

Salvation is instant upon belief in Christ’s death and resurrection.

C. Its Holding – Sealed by the Spirit

“Ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise.”

The believer is eternally secure.

The seal marks ownership, safety, and certainty.

Summary: The Gospel of Your Salvation is personal—you must hear, believe, and be sealed.

𝗩. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗘 — THE SETTLEMENT OF RECONCILIATION

Romans 10:15; Ephesians 6:15; Colossians 1:20

A. Peace with God – By the Blood of Christ

“Having made peace through the blood of His cross” (Colossians 1:20).

Justification brings peace, not probation (Romans 5:1).

No more wrath—only reconciliation.

B. Peace in God – Through Spiritual Rest

The believer enjoys inner calm amid trials.

Philippians 4:7 – “The peace of God… shall keep your hearts and minds.”

Grace brings rest, not religious striving.

C. Peace among Men – Through Gospel Preaching

Ephesians 6:15 – “Your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.”

The gospel makes us ambassadors of peace to a world of hostility.

Grace reconciles man to God and man to man.

Summary: The Gospel of Peace declares that the war between God and man is over through the cross.

𝗩𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗟 — THE SPLENDOR OF THE MESSAGE

1 Timothy 1:11; 2 Corinthians 4:4–6; Ephesians 3:21

A. Its Majesty – Reveals the Glory of God

“The glorious gospel of the blessed God.”

It magnifies God’s grace, not man’s goodness.

It glorifies Christ as the only Savior.

B. Its Manifestation – Shines through the Believer

2 Corinthians 4:6 – “God… hath shined in our hearts.”

The gospel light reflects God’s glory in us.

The Church is now the vessel of His glory.

C. Its Ministry – Proclaimed Without Shame

Paul said, “We faint not” (2 Corinthians 4:1).

The glorious gospel must be boldly preached despite opposition.

Satan blinds minds—but the light still shines!

Summary: The Glorious Gospel displays the radiance of God’s grace in this dark world.

𝗩𝗜𝗜. 𝗠𝗬 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗟 — THE STEWARDSHIP OF PAUL

Romans 2:16; Romans 16:25; 2 Timothy 2:8

A. Its Revelation – Given Directly to Paul

Paul calls it “my gospel” because it was committed to him uniquely.

“The revelation of the mystery” was hid from ages past (Ephesians 3:9).

The mystery program completes God’s gospel revelation.

B. Its Responsibility – To Preach It Faithfully

1 Corinthians 9:17 – “A dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.”

The Church’s duty today is to make this gospel known.

Our stewardship is to rightly divide and boldly declare.

C. Its Reward – Eternal Glory in the Ages to Come

2 Timothy 4:7–8 – “There is laid up for me a crown of righteousness.”

Those who stand for Paul’s gospel will share in its reward.

This gospel will be the theme of glory forever (Ephesians 2:7).

Summary: “My Gospel” is the final revelation of the gospel—Paul’s message for today’s Church.

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍: THE FULLNESS OF THE GOSPEL IN DISPENSATIONAL LIGHT

These seven titles reveal one divine truth:
The Gospel from God (Source)
The Gospel of Christ (Sacrifice)
The Gospel of Grace (Salvation)
The Gospel of Your Salvation (Security)
The Gospel of Peace (Settlement)
The Glorious Gospel (Splendor)
And My Gospel (Stewardship)

When rightly divided, these truths unveil the whole counsel of God concerning His grace program for the Body of Christ.

𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐎 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: GUARD, GIVE, AND GLORIFY THE GOSPEL

2 Timothy 1:13–14; 1 Corinthians 9:16; Galatians 1:8–9
Guard it — Don’t let false teachers corrupt the gospel of grace.
Give it — Preach it boldly and clearly to the lost.
Glorify it — Live in a way that honors the message of grace.

The Gospel of God reveals the heart of the Father.
The Gospel of Christ reveals the work of the Son.
The Gospel of Grace reveals the gift of salvation.
The Gospel of Your Salvation reveals personal assurance.
The Gospel of Peace reveals reconciliation and rest.
The Glorious Gospel reveals God’s majesty in mercy.
And My Gospel reveals Paul’s dispensed message for today.

𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐃:
The gospel of grace is not just information—it’s transformation!
Rightly divide it. Boldly preach it. Faithfully live it.
