INTRODUCTION

In every dispensation, God has clearly revealed who He calls, how He calls, and why He calls. In the
Dispensation of Grace, ministry is not validated by money, numbers, or material gain—but by faithfulness to the gospel of Christ committed to Paul (1 Corinthians 15:1–4).

When money becomes the motive, the message is corrupted. Scripture repeatedly warns that false teachers are marked by greed, while true servants are moved by grace.

Tonight, we examine 9 Biblical proofs—rightly divided—that money never proves a calling, but often exposes a counterfeit.

 

① PROFIT-DRIVEN PREACHING

False ministry is powered by profit, not purpose.

God calls servants, not salesmen. The gospel was purchased by blood—not budgets. Truth stands even when money falls. Paul is our pattern in this dispensation. The Judgment Seat will expose motives. Faithfulness beats fame. Grace needs no price tag. Remove money—reveal the heart. Take money out of preaching… and the called will still preach.
