SATAN HATES THE BLOOD — SO PREACH IT BOLDER

(Why the Blood of Christ Is the Enemy’s Greatest Threat)

INTRODUCTION

From Genesis to Revelation, blood has always been central to God’s redemptive plan. Satan does not hate religion, morality, or rituals—but he hates the BLOOD because it represents finished redemption.
In this Dispensation of Grace, the blood of Christ is the basis of salvation, justification, reconciliation, and victory.

“Without shedding of blood is no remission.” — Hebrews 9:22
“We preach Christ crucified…” — 1 Corinthians 1:23
If Satan hates it, we must herald it.

PURPOSE OF THE BLOOD
Romans 5:9; Hebrews 9:12; Ephesians 1:7

A. Payment – The blood satisfied God’s justice
B. Purchase – Redemption was bought, not borrowed
C. Pardon – Full forgiveness secured forever
Dispensational Insight:
Salvation today is not by works, law, or sacraments, but by Christ’s blood alone.

POWER OF THE BLOOD

A. Power to Redeem – Bought out of slavery to sin
B. Power to Remove Guilt – Cleanses the conscience
C. Power to Resist Satan – Overcomes the accuser
Satan accuses, but the blood answers every charge.

PROVISION OF THE BLOOD

Ephesians 2:13; Hebrews 10:19; Romans 8:1

A. Access to God – Bold entrance into God’s presence
B. Acceptance with God – No condemnation remains
C. Assurance from God – Eternal security in Christ
The blood provides standing, not striving.

PERMANENCE OF THE BLOOD
Hebrews 10:10–14; Romans 6:10; Colossians 2:13

A. Once for All – No repeated sacrifice
B. Forever Finished – “It is finished” means finished
C. Eternally Effective – Never loses power
Satan hates permanence—because it cannot be undone.

PREACHING OF THE BLOOD
1 Corinthians 2:2; Galatians 6:14; Romans 1:16

A. Central Message – Christ crucified
B. Counter-Cultural Message – Offends pride
C. Converting Message – Power unto salvation
When blood preaching stops, false gospels start.

PROTEST AGAINST THE BLOOD

A. Religious Substitutes – Works replace the cross
B. Ritual Additions – Grace mixed with law
C. Revised Gospels – Blood minimized or denied
Satan doesn’t deny Jesus—he dilutes His blood.

POSITION BY THE BLOOD

A. Justified – Declared righteous
B. Reconciled – Enemies made family
C. Accepted – In the Beloved
Our position is in Christ, not in performance.

PEACE THROUGH THE BLOOD

A. Peace with God – War ended
B. Peace of Conscience – No fear of judgment
C. Peace in Suffering – Hope anchored in Christ
Satan thrives on fear—but the blood brings peace.

PROCLAMATION OF THE BLOOD
1 Corinthians 15:1–4; Acts 20:24; 2 Timothy 4:2

A. Proclaim It Boldly – Without compromise
B. Proclaim It Publicly – To every sinner
C. Proclaim It Purely – No additions
The blood must be declared, not hidden.

CONCLUSION

Satan hates the blood because the blood ended his claim, defeated his accusations, and sealed the believer forever.
The cross was not a tragedy—it was a triumph.
