INTRODUCTION

In the Dispensation of Grace, God is not silent, scattered, or confusing. He has chosen to speak clearly through rightly divided Scripture, and He gives the Church faithful pastors to proclaim it. A pastor who rightly divides the word of truth is not a coincidence — he is a divine gift for the edification, protection, and growth of the Body of Christ.
