LAODICEAN CHURCH vs PHILADELPHIAN CHURCH

A WARNING AND A WITNESS
Key Text: Revelation 3:14–22 (KJV)
Dispensational Lens: 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV)

INTRODUCTION

Among the seven churches of Revelation, Laodicea and Philadelphia stand in sharp contrast. One is rebuked without commendation; the other is commended without rebuke.

While these churches belong to Israel’s prophetic program, they serve as serious spiritual warnings and patterns for believers today.
Rightly divided truth helps us learn without misapplying, and heed without confusion.
