JESUS CHRIST PAID IT ALL!

1 Corinthians 15:1–4 (KJV), Ephesians 2:8–9 (KJV)

INTRODUCTION

In every dispensation, God reveals truth progressivelyβ€”but salvation has always been by grace.

In this present Dispensation of Grace, God is not asking men to work, repent of sins to be saved, or perform rituals.
He declares a finished work:
β€œIt is finished.” – John 19:30
Jesus Christ paid it allβ€”fully, finally, and forever.

PROCLAIMED PAYMENT
Jesus Paid the Full Price for Sin
1 Corinthians 15:3

Substitution – Christ died for our sins
Sufficiency – No additional payment required
Satisfaction – God the Father accepted the sacrifice
Sin’s debt is paid in full, not partially covered.

PRECIOUS BLOOD
Redemption Is Through His Blood Alone
Ephesians 1:7

Purification – Blood cleanses completely
Purchase – We were bought, not borrowed
Pardon – Forgiveness is granted instantly
Not water, works, or wealthβ€”the blood alone saves.

PERFECT CROSS
The Cross Finished the Work
Colossians 2:14

Cancellation – Sin-debt nailed to the cross
Completion – Nothing left undone
Confidence – Believers rest in a finished work
Salvation is done, not being done.

PROVEN BURIAL
Christ Truly Died
Romans 6:4

Reality – Jesus did not faint or escape
Reliability – Burial proves death
Representation – We died with Him
A real death was required for real salvation.

POWERFUL RESURRECTION
Victory Was Declared on the Third Day
Romans 4:25

Justification – Resurrection proves acceptance
Validation – Christ is who He claimed to be
Victory – Death defeated forever
No resurrection, no salvationβ€”but He rose!

GRACIOUS GIFT
Salvation Is a Gift, Not a Goal
Ephesians 2:8–9

Gratis – Freely given
Grace-based – God does the saving
Guaranteed – No boasting allowed
If works enter in, grace exits.

GUARANTEED SECURITY
Eternal Life Is Eternal
Romans 6:23

Permanent – Never perish
Protected – Kept by God’s power
Preserved – Not maintained by man
You don’t keep salvationβ€”God does.

PERSONAL BELIEF
Salvation Is Received by Faith Alone
Acts 16:31

Personal – Each must believe for himself
Present – Salvation is immediate
Positioned – Believers placed β€œin Christ”
Believe what He did, not promise what you’ll do.

PRAISE TO CHRIST
Jesus Alone Gets the Glory
Galatians 6:14

Exaltation – Christ lifted high
Exclusion – No room for human merit
Eternity – Praise forever to the Lamb
Grace magnifies Christ, not man.

CALL TO ACTION

If you are trusting worksβ€”STOP.
If you are trusting Christβ€”REST.
If you are savedβ€”REJOICE.
β€œBelieve on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.” – Acts 16:31

CONCLUSION

Jesus did not help salvation.
He did not assist salvation.
He did not offer part of salvation.
He PAID IT ALL.
Past sins.
Present sins.
Future sins.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Grace is not earned
Faith is not a work
Salvation is complete
The cross is sufficient
The tomb is empty
Eternal life is secure
Boasting is excluded
