2 Timothy 3:16–17 — “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness…”

𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:

Many people today claim they’ve “found errors in the Bible.” But the truth is, the more we study the Word, the more we find the errors in ourselves, not in God’s Book. The Bible is perfect, but people are not (Psalm 19:7). In the Dispensation of Grace, God’s Word is our absolute authority for faith and practice (2 Tim. 2:15). When we rightly divide it, it exposes our sin, corrects our doctrine, and conforms us to Christ.

Romans 3:4 — “Let God be true, but every man a liar.”

𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗦

Psalm 12:6–7; 2 Peter 1:21

Divine Source – God-breathed, not man-made (2 Tim. 3:16).
The Bible carries divine authorship through human instruments.

Doctrinal Stability – It stands pure, preserved, and powerful.
God promised preservation of His words forever (Psalm 12:7).

Dispensational Specificity – Each truth applies in its right context (2 Tim. 2:15).
The Bible has no contradiction, only wrong divisions cause confusion.

The Bible never needs correction — man does.

𝗜𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥

Romans 3:10–12; Jeremiah 17:9

Corrupted Heart – Our nature is deceitful above all things.
The problem is not the text but the sinful lens we read through.

Closed Mind – The natural man cannot receive the things of the Spirit (1 Cor. 2:14).
Without illumination, even truth looks like error.

Critical spirit – Pride blinds a man to correction (Prov. 16:18).
Those who find “faults” in Scripture often refuse to find faults in self.

𝗜𝗜𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘

2 Timothy 3:16; Romans 15:4

For Doctrine – To teach us what is right.
For Reproof – To tell us what is wrong.
For Correction – To turn us from wrong to right.

The Word of God isn’t meant to flatter — it’s meant to fix.
Hebrews 4:12 — “The Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword.”

𝗜𝗩. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

John 17:17; Ephesians 5:26

Cleansed by the Word – The washing of water by the Word renews us.
Changed by the Word – Transformation begins through the renewing of the mind (Rom. 12:2).
Chastened by the Word – God uses Scripture to discipline His children (Heb. 12:11).

When the Bible corrects you, don’t resist — rejoice. It’s proof you belong to Him!

𝗩. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

2 Timothy 2:15; Ephesians 3:2–9

Distinguish Dispensations – Israel’s program vs. the Church’s program.
Discern Doctrines – Law for Israel, Grace for the Body of Christ.
Define Direction – Know what’s written to us and for us.

Many errors people “find” are simply failures to rightly divide the Word.
The key to removing confusion is dispensational illumination.

𝗩𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙-𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

James 1:22–25; 2 Corinthians 13:5

The Mirror of the Word – Scripture reflects who we truly are.
The Measure of the Word – It shows where we fall short.
The Molding of the Word – It shapes us into Christ’s image.

When you find an “error,” it’s usually your heart under conviction. The Bible’s mirror never lies.

𝗩𝗜𝗜. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

Romans 6:17; Colossians 3:16

Obedient Heart – The believer yields to truth.
Ordered Life – The Spirit leads us through Scripture-guided living.
Overflowing Witness – A corrected life becomes a convincing testimony.

When the Bible corrects us, it doesn’t condemn us — it conforms us to Christ!

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡:

The Bible never changes, but it changes us. Those who accuse the Scriptures of error have never truly let the Scriptures examine them. The errors we find are reflections of our fallen nature. In the Dispensation of Grace, God’s Word works inwardly before it manifests outwardly (1 Thess. 2:13).

Psalm 119:160 — “Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.”

𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:

Let the Word of God read you, not the other way around!
Study it (2 Tim. 2:15)
Submit to it (James 1:21)
Share it (Phil. 2:16)

Stop trying to change the Bible — let the Bible change you.

𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦:

The Bible exposes our sin, not its own shortcomings.
The Bible is not a book of errors, but a mirror of truth.
The only “mistakes” found are those in me, not in God’s Word.
