𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥?

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Fear is one of the greatest weapons Satan uses to paralyze believers. In this Dispensation of Grace, God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). While Israel feared earthly enemies, the Body of Christ is called to trust in the spiritual sufficiency of Christ. Fear is overcome not by our flesh but by our faith in God’s grace.

𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗗'𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘

The believer is never alone.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – Christ dwells in us (Colossians 1:27).

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 – His name brings peace (Philippians 2:10).

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – He will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).

𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗬 𝗢𝗡 𝗚𝗢𝗗'𝗦 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥

Victory is in His strength, not ours.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 – Power comes from the indwelling Spirit (Ephesians 3:16).

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 – Grace is enough in every weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 – Faith quenches the fiery darts of fear (Ephesians 6:16).

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗚𝗢𝗗'𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗦

Fear flees when faith holds on to God’s Word.

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁
– We are sealed until the day of redemption (Ephesians 1:13).

𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 – Nothing separates us from His love (Romans 8:38–39).

𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Hope in the Rapture brings peace (1 Thessalonians 4:16–18).

𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘

Fear is often the fruit of wrong focus.

𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 – Set affections on things above (Colossians 3:2).

𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 – Don’t sink like Peter by looking at the storm (Matthew 14:30).

𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 – Christ’s finished work secures eternal peace (Galatians 6:14).

𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗛

Faith is the antidote to fear.

𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱 – Faith comes by hearing His Word (Romans 10:17).

𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 – God works all things for good (Romans 8:28).

𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 – Justified by faith, we have peace (Romans 5:1).

𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥

Prayer transforms fear into peace.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – In everything by prayer and supplication (Philippians 4:6).

𝗣𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻 – Cast all your care upon Him (1 Peter 5:7).

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 – Thanksgiving replaces anxiety with assurance (Philippians 4:7).

𝗥𝗘𝗝𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗚𝗢𝗗'𝗦 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘

Fear fades when we see God’s hand in all things.

𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 – Suffering produces spiritual strength (Romans 5:3–4).

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – God’s grace refines His people (2 Corinthians 4:17).

𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – All things work to His glory and our good (Romans 8:28).

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

Fear is natural to the flesh but foreign to the Spirit. In this dispensation, the grace of God, the presence of Christ, and the power of the Spirit provide everything we need to overcome fear. When fear knocks, let faith answer.

𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Refuse to let fear rule your life.
Rely on God’s Word and Spirit daily.
Rejoice that in Christ you are secure forever.
