INTRODUCTION

Discernment is not merely choosing between good and bad, but between truth and truth mixed with error. Satan rarely attacks with obvious lies—he whispers truth twisted just enough to deceive (Genesis 3:1).

In this Dispensation of Grace, believers must discern doctrine, not just morality. Right living flows from right believing, and right believing comes from rightly dividing the Word of Truth (2 Timothy 2:15).

Today we will learn that true spiritual discernment hears the hiss of error even when it sounds religious.
