GOD IS MY PROVIDER
β€œToday, Tomorrow, and Always”

Philippians 4:19; Romans 8:32

INTRODUCTION

In a world ruled by fear, inflation, uncertainty, and false promises, believers in the Dispensation of Grace stand on a different foundation. Our provision does not rest on governments, rituals, religious systems, or worksβ€”but on God’s grace in Christ. God has always been a provider, but how He provides today must be rightly divided (2 Timothy 2:15).

β‘  PROVIDER PROMISED
Genesis 22:14; Philippians 4:19

A. Declared by God – Jehovah-Jireh reveals God’s nature as Provider
B. Demonstrated in Grace – Provision now flows through Christ, not altars
C. Directed to Believers – The promise is to those β€œin Christ Jesus”
Dispensational Truth: God’s provision today is spiritual first, material as He wills.

β‘‘ PROVISION PURCHASED
Romans 8:32; 2 Corinthians 8:9

A. Christ Paid Fully – The cross secured every blessing
B. Cost Was Infinite – Blood, not silver or gold
C. Covenant Is Complete – No additional sacrifice required
Grace Truth: God provides because Christ paid, not because we perform.

β‘’ PROMISES PROPERLY DIVIDED
2 Timothy 2:15; Romans 15:4

A. Israel’s Promises Distinguished – Earthly, national, kingdom
B. Church’s Promises Defined – Heavenly, spiritual, positional
C. Confusion Destroyed – Right division prevents false expectations
Dispensational Warning: Misapplied promises lead to disappointment.

β‘£ PROVISION PRESENT
Ephesians 1:3; Colossians 2:10

A. Spiritual Blessings Now – Already seated in heavenly places
B. Complete in Christ – Nothing lacking spiritually
C. Present Possession – Not waiting, already received
Grace Reality: You are already rich in Christ.

β‘€ PROTECTION PROVIDED
2 Timothy 1:12; Romans 8:38-39

A. Eternal Security – God keeps what He saves
B. Spiritual Safeguard – Sealed by the Holy Spirit
C. Sure Preservation – Nothing can separate us from Christ
Dispensational Assurance: Provision includes preservation.

β‘₯ PROVISION THROUGH PRAYER
Philippians 4:6-7; Ephesians 3:20

A. Requests Made Known – Prayer replaces anxiety
B. Peace Supplied – God guards hearts and minds
C. Power Displayed – God works above what we ask
Grace Balance: Prayer is dependence, not manipulation.

⑦ PROVISION WITH PURPOSE
2 Corinthians 9:8; Titus 3:8

A. Abundance for Good Works – Not self-indulgence
B. Resources for Ministry – To edify others
C. Responsibility in Stewardship – Faithful use glorifies God
Dispensational Perspective: Provision supports ministry, not materialism.

⑧ PROVISION PERSEVERING
Lamentations 3:22-23; Hebrews 13:5

A. New Every Morning – Grace never runs dry
B. Faithful Forever – God never abandons His own
C. Constant Care – Today, tomorrow, always
Grace Comfort: God’s supply does not expire.

⑨ PROVISION PERFECTED (FUTURE)

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Romans 8:18

A. Rapture Anticipated – Full deliverance coming
B. Redemption Completed – Body glorified
C. Reign With Christ – Eternal inheritance realized
Dispensational Hope: The best provision is yet to come.
