FROM THE POWER OF SATAN AND DARKNESS TO THE POWER OF GOD AND LIGHT IN CHRIST

INTRODUCTION

The Bible declares a real spiritual transfer—not by works, rituals, or religion—but by faith in Christ alone. In the Dispensation of Grace, God is calling men out of Satan’s authority and placing them into Christ (Acts 26:18; Col. 1:12–14). This message explains how, why, and what changes when a sinner is translated from darkness to light.

THE DOMINION OF DARKNESS

Text: Colossians 1:13

A. Satanic Authority — Lost men are under the god of this world (2 Cor. 4:4).

C. Sinful Bondage — Slaves to sin and death (Rom. 6:20).

Darkness is not neutral—it is dominion.

THE DECEPTION OF THE DEVIL

Salvation is a legal relocation, not a feeling.

THE DWELLING OF THE SPIRIT

A. Immediate Sealing — At the moment of belief.

C. Irreversible Security — Sealed until redemption.

Darkness cannot reclaim what God has sealed.

THE DIRECTION OF LIGHT

Light produces fruit, not fear.

THE DISCIPLESHIP OF TRUTH

A. Right Division — God’s approved method of study.

B. Pauline Revelation — Doctrine for the Body of Christ (Eph. 3:1–9).

C. Renewed Mind — Transformed by truth (Rom. 12:2).

THE DESTINY OF GLORY

A. Heavenly Inheritance — Saints in light.

B. Hope Secured — Christ our life (Col. 3:4).

C. Home Assured — Eternity with Christ.

Darkness ends, but light is eternal.

CONCLUSION

Salvation is not religion—it is rescue.
Not improvement—but translation.
Not man reaching God—but God delivering man.
